Terms of Service

Foundry Electric LLC · Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Foundry Electric LLC ("Foundry Electric," "we," "us," or "our") website at foundryelectric.com and the communications we send in connection with our electrical contracting services. By using our website, requesting services, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Foundry Electric is a licensed electrical contractor serving Utah, providing residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. Estimates, scopes of work, pricing, and warranties for specific projects are governed by the written estimate, proposal, or contract issued for that project. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Foundry Electric, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your service, which may include quotes, estimates, invoices, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service reminders.

• Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.

• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.

• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

• Get help by replying HELP or emailing shawn@foundryelectric.com.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For information about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Content on this site — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Foundry Electric LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Information on the website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding quote or offer; all work is subject to a written estimate.

4. Estimates and Scheduling

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be revised if site conditions, scope, or material costs change. Scheduled appointment times are approximate; we will communicate promptly if a schedule changes.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and our communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the website itself. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties or obligations set forth in a signed project agreement, or any rights you have under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundry Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
